I was very pleased to be able to buy just the frame for my CPAP mask without the cushion since I already have two cushions that I rotate every other week. My old frame was about to fail completely and I needed a new one ASAP. I had the option of buying a new frame and mask at a local supplier but they are not very customer friendly there and my on line experience was great. The frame is authentic Resmed and it arrived in just two days.

My system indicates if I have a good fit. For whatever reason I could not get this to fit without leaking. It seemed to fit fine when awake but apparently when I sleep something goes amiss and it leaks. I tried everything but nothing worked. I had to go back to the nasal cushion and strap around my head to pull up on my jaw to keep my mouth closed. I was hoping this would eliminate the need for the head strap but it failed and leaked. I did feel that it was made right with quality materials but it just would not fit securely enough.

Nice new frame in sealed bag. Was delivered in a soft bubble bag. A small box would have been better and more protective. The frame could have been damaged in shipping, but luckily it was not.
