I had the radio for a couple of months prior to installation. Ordered the CD for loading frequencies via computer. Sat down and loaded program and added 80 local frequencies in about 2 hours (took my time). Tested with local group. Slight issue wih reaching the repeater (due mainly to my terrible location) but did get through. No problems with closer repeater group the next day so I am happy with the radio. Lookng forward to getting the dual band radio that has 220. The instruction manual is a bit hard to understand due to the Chinese version of English.
