Strong & Steady
I purchased this to match the previous version I currently have. My only surprise is this version doesn't match the older versions height settings. So I adjusted by adding some 2x4's across the open span to equal my other older version. But as for easy opening & closing: The best. Strength: Also the best. If you need something strong & easy, this is a great "X" type keyboard stand.
