I don't know what people are saying that they are having trouble with pulling down the top menu or side bar. This case works just fine for me. One thing I really like is that charging port cover actually locks into place and stays. I have used the SUPCASE Full-body from Unicorn Beetle. Which is a great case. I used it for over a year, but the cover for charging wouldn't stay closed after charging. After taking it out of it's every once in a while. The inner or front part of the case broke. It still worked well and never had an incidents with it. This case from Poetic just seems better made and feels better in your hand. So I have had this case for over a month and love it.

Very disappointed I got ur product and put phone in it no more did my phone get knocked off of a couch it broke my screen I switched from the case I had to ur case because of the "built in screen protector" and my old case was getting scratched. My phone in the case I had has fallen twice the distance of not more than this case did and never had my phone had a problem with it. Now I have a phone with a busted screen and useless and a case that is garbage cuz o will never get another one of these. I am very disappointed in the quality of this case and the description of it's so called durability and added protection I would not and will not recommend this product to anyone!!!! Also the case was suppose to be delivered on or around the 3rd of July and I did not get it until the 9th of July. Like I basicly said I would not and will not recommend this product to ANYONE it is garbage I would have been better off using my old case that was almost 2years old that I never had a problem with other than scratches and dings during to falling a way greater distance than this one did with my phone in it and to top it all off the phone and case fell literally 2.5 feet on to the carpet and my screen shattered I would have been better off with a plastic bag with a little air in it than this piece of garbage.... This case is exactly how its described. It is is durable but not bulky. It protects the phone well and is stylish as well. I had a case from "Supcase" which was very similar in fit and style; in my opinion the poetic is a much nicer choice. And the price is unbelievable for such quality.
