Just installed for a few days. Liked it. Bluetooth ready out of the box with great microphone with no feedback. works great with XM and an SR-100 on steering wheel remote control. Works also great with iPod with usb cable. Some slight problems: hard to use initially. Menu's are not very intuitive. Sometimes i mean to push the large round button in but press up instead (the large circle on left acts as both a dial and a joystick, with a push in "select" feature") Also, cannot get XM to cycle through displays. can either get channel number, artist, or song, and have to press a button to cycle through. Maybe just haven't figured it out yet. Bluetooth with phonebook download! works great with my iphone and my girlfriend's Blackberry Curve. Still, all in one unit works and sounds great!Read full review
Runs your iPod just like you would from the device itself, plus it will allow you to run the iPod entirely from the unit if you prefer. Better than the Alpine or Kenwood iPod controlling CD players that don't have alphabetical searching. The blue tooth is amazing! In my Dodge Cummins diesel truck you can hear me talking as if I had a blue tooth headset on and my microphone is not even placed in the ideal place. It uploads your phone book to the unit for caller ID and quick access to your contacts. The only downside I would give this unit is the display should be an OEL like the higher model Pioneer's. It only has one like of text display when the OEL's have three. But still a great unit.
Installed in a 2000 Mercedes ML 320 Pros: Connects with my phone over BT within seconds of entering my vehicle. I don't even take the phone out of its holster. Also, the USB cable coming out of the back is awesome. Why worry about an ipod interface when you can put all of your MP3s on a 16 GB thumb drive and have the same result. I ran my cable into the glove box so it is out of sight but easy to access. Just think for around ~$200 I have a hands free over the radio phone connection and a 100+ disk changer. This radio is a must! Cons: None yet!

IT has all the features I need/want, including a strong tuner (Pioneer's the best!), built-in sub control, aux and usb inputs and built-in bluetooth. No need to buy extra stuff for bluetooth. However, I've not been able to get the Bluetooth audio streaming to work between the receiver and my Instinct. They both support the software, but the receiver only changes the tracks on my phone.... no sound or anything else. It seems I'm not alone as others have experienced the same problem. I will have to contact Pioneer for the answer to this problem. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Buy one!
