The stuff seems to work, BUT, you've got to reapply it on a regular basis. Sprayed on solid surfaces, the stuff evaps quickly and the scent vanishes in about a day or so. Even if it didn't work on mice, it smells great, makes the whole house smell clean 'n fresh and outdoorsey (is that even a word?).

I have rats in and out of my 2 sheds and a raccoon in my attic. After using 2 bottles of this stuff I still have rats in and out of my 2 sheds and a raccoon in my attic. I even switched into a different sprayer to make sure I was hitting the right spots. Product does not work at all. Smells good though :D

My only complaint is the spray is a mist and the bottle doesn't allow you to adjust it so that you can spray a stream. So, I poured the liquid in another spray bottle that I had with options of spraying a stream instead of a mist. Don't like the mist. I am surprised that the bottle doesn't offer any options of spraying. Otherwise I like it and it seems to work.

My sister-in-law in Missouri lives waaaay out in the boonies where there is no internet access. She has a horrible problem with mice. She is unable to find Rodent Sheriff in her area. Every year we send her a couple of bottles from Michigan. She raves about it, so it must work.

Mint based, works well to prevent mice and small critters from getting into your space. It is strong, so don't inhale - but results are great. We spray areas when we go away, home, camper and cars.
