I have scoured the earth for a good peeler! I have never found one that is this style that is SHARP and peels. This peeler is by all means sharp!!!!!! The only problem is that the blade swivels in the handle too much, so it rolls over the item you are trying to peel. I think I am going to try and modify this....If it didn't have this problem I would give it 10 stars
