I used the Big Easy the first day it arrived. It was simple to assemble. I cooked two chickens on the optional rack with kabob holders, this is a must by. It has rib hooks and other hooks to hand meat in the wire basket. Watch as many YouTube videos that you can because it gives you a really good feel for how this works. Don't put on the lid unless it is really windy or cold, you will burn the skin of anything you cook. I cooked ribs, salmon, corn and potatoes the second time I used it. The food was perfect!!! I have a large CharBroil grill that sits next to the Big Easy and I doubt I will use it unless we cook hotdogs or burgers for a crowd. All the food comes out juicy and almost fat-free, Chicken skin is crispt and no fat under the skin, the ribs were juicy and tasted better than on my smoker. The best cooker! Simple to use. Clean up is so easy. The best is the taste of the food! Turkey (brined) for Thanksgiving. Ribs (dry rubed) for boys night. Pork shoulder ( injected and rubed ) for sandwiches. Amazing!!! Can’t wait to try more, I’m gonna have to get a back up propane tank.

This fryer is the best purchase I have ever made. I bought one a few months ago and loved it. We drove to Florida for Thanksgiving to gift this Oil-less Fryer to a friend. He used it to cook the turkey instead of using a peanut oil fryer as we usually have done in the past. The comments of all the adults were "The best turkey they have ever eaten". It is simple to use with no need to tend the food being cooked until the very end to check the temperature. The skin is crispy, the fat is gone and the meat is tender and moist. I have cooked chicken, ribs, fish, turkey, pork roasts and without exception, everything was the best we have had. I have a stainless built-in grill I never use to cook meat. I bought this originally to air fry an 11 pound turkey for the first time for Thanksgiving. I did a dry run before the big day with a small cornish hen and about a dozen wingettes and drumettes. They all turned out really well! The turkey took a total of about 3 hours with some readjustment of the bird in between because the cooking was a bit uneven due to the breasts being larger than the rest of the bird. I bought the accessory set too so I can try some kabobs and racks of ribs!
