When getting pricing from the dealership it was going to be about $250.00 to purchase the key fob, get it cut, and get it programmed. I paid much much less here and the key fob came brand new and works great! I just took it to the dealership and they charged $50.00 to program it and now I have a brand new key fob for $100.00 less than I would have paid originally. Again I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone needing a new key fob.

As soon as you compare this product to the factory remote you can tell it’s a lower quality knock off. The rubber is very different and cheap looking and the plastic is not like the factory. I can not comment on the quality of the blank because I only received the plastic cases. I did not receive the blanks as the description stated. With new battery installed I had about a 5’ range with the one case that actually worked, With the second one I was unable to get the remote to even work without exerting an extreme amount of pressure on the buttons and even then it only worked 20% of the time. When I put everything back into my factory remote everything worked as it should from easily over 100’ away from vehicle. I tested these a few times with the same results. I guess the saying you get what you pay for applies to this situation.Read full review
