Works real good in our small pond, was able to clean out most of the muck easy like. Before it was a chore to do as had to remove fish and then clean out the pond, now can suck uo the bottom.

Difficult to use and doesn't work very well. Shuts off to empty itself every few minutes. Buy a later, continuous vacuuming model. Disappointing in general.

does the trick! works for my small pond, the turn off switch is not a problem. No need to invest in the more expensive continuous flow model.

I normally don't bother to write reviews but after using this pond vacuum today for the first time, I decided it was worth writing about. Assembly took about 2 minutes. I decided to use the white bag to catch the debris rather than simply discharge all of the water. My pond is about 2000 gallons so I expected it would take some time. I went systematically around the perimeter and then began working my way towards the center. The unit kept cycling between suction and discharge which worked flawlessly. After an hour, I had a full bag of leaves, sticks and other debris. I quickly emptied the bag, rinsed it off with a hose and was ready to go again. With all of the muck I was seeing I expected the vacuum canister to be filthy but in fact, it was very clean which indicates how well the discharge function works. One quick rinse and the unit is ready for the next cleaning. I am very impressed with its performance. Only 1 clog which I cleared quickly. Definitely worth the money.Read full review

Very easy to use, pump is powerful enough to pump water out of my pond fast and makes clean up easy, it is also small and lightweight, making storage of this unit not difficult and not a problem at all.
