I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY HOMEOWNER PLANNING YO LIVE IN THEIR HOUSE FOR THE NEXT 6 YEARS OR MORE. DEPENDING ON THE COST OF PROPANE, YOU WILL GET A COMPLETE PAYBACK IN A VERY FEW YEARS.
