This device allows for a magazine or pamphlet to be stored in a three ring binder. I use it to store technical manuals that are about the size of a magazine. A nice wide binder can hold many manuals with the help of these devices. The only problem might be is if the magazine or manual is too thick for the slot in these plastic inserts to accommodate. Hence I give them four stars for that reason alone.
