In June 2016 I was 262 pounds. After 2 weeks, my body started to respond to the CLA Core. After a month of usage, I went from 262 to 249 pounds (a 13 pound loss). Finally, my weight is dropping! What do I do while taking this stuff? I bike ride 3 hours a day for 6 days a week, and eat moderately. I will admit, it does other things besides reduce fat. It lowers your craving for sugar.
