The phone is all set up and working fine as of today; my first day of use. It is a great color, doesn't weigh a ton like many new phones, and has good reception. The service from the seller was very good. When I had initial difficulty he got right back to me and solved the problem.

I wanted another V3M to replace my old one. (it has the features I like and easy to use.) US Cellular no longer offers this model and I don't care to learn the newer models. The first phone shipped came in a timely way but had problems. I sent it back and a replacement was sent promptly and works fine. I would purchase another phone from them if the need comes up.
The phone is light weight and comfortable to hold. The case is strong enough that putting it in your pocket with keys barely affects the color. It is easy to program and to add ringtones and music to. Pairing to a bluetooth car speaker took less than 5 minutes. This was the Blackberry phone of yesterday. It used to cost over $200 with a contract. It does not have all the "apps" in the world, but it calls, messages, internets, on demand, camera that takes pictures and video, media player and plays music.
For being a new phone this phone did not look new. It looked used. The phone arrived with a bad phone charger, the phone would not connect to the blue tooth, by the second week the phone would switch over to speaker phone, and finally the phone would hang up on calls when you had full signal and hadn't moved from your spot. We did receive an exchange phone and this second phone now in its second week will only show you a white screen. The service technician from US cellular stated that the number on the back of the phone (behind the battery) should not be different than the number in the phone information with your phone number and other information (in the settings/phone info). The service technician couldn't get something to work in the phone since these numbers were different. So we have received two phones and neither will work. It has been a waste of money and days standing in US Cellular waiting to switch phones back and forth. The bad phone is looking like the good one after this. That is a shame because we use our phones as our home phone and my fiance travels for his work. I dont want to think about what would happen if his phone went bad while he had to travel 2000 miles away from home. It is also a shame because this is making Motorola phones look bad and I have always swore by them before.Read full review
I have owned a Motorola Razr V3m for the last 3 years and I consider it one of the best cell phones ever produced. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles but for someone who doesn't care about internet access, texting, radio's or extras it is one excellent phone for making and receiving calls. It does have the ability to text but does not have a full texting keyboard like newer models, it has a camera, and will access the internet just doesn't have a fancy touch screen. If you just want a good solid no frills phone for making and receiving calls you can't beat it. I bought this phone as a spare because Motorola does not make this phone anymore.
