The replacement diaphragm does not have the alignment holes. The one pictured does show them. You will have to file off the small alignment pins on the driver for the diaphragm to seat properly. Therefore making sure you keep the corresponding positive and negative polarities correct upon installation. You will also have to replace the factory screws with shorter ones since the body on the diaphragm is thinner than the original Peavey Diaphragm. Not worth the hassle. I strongly recommend an original Peavey replacement.
