depending on the location of the room and the antenna you will probably get different channels in each room. But the picture of my reception is great. The pins that it comes with to hang on the wall are not great. They bend really easily but they will work if you're careful with them. If you use the velcro stickers make sure you know exactly where you are going to hang your antenna. overall a good buy.

The smaller version does not pick up as many channels and does not have the quality in the HD channels it does get compared to the full size version.

This Optostars 80 Mile Range Leaf OTA TV Antenna works GREAT!!! I had a white, similar OTA antenna but THIS pulls in more stations!!! With the older, white antenna, I would lose quite a few of the Over The Air channels. As a matter of fact, when I changed-out the old antenna system for this one, with the new OTA antenna, I saw that I was receiving the channels that were lost on the old antenna! I LOVE THIS LEAF METRO ANTENNA!!!

Works pretty well for reception. I'm close to the TV towers and even with this antenna it is a challenge to get my WCCO channel to come in properly. The problem with my previous antenna was the signal was too strong and the quality of the signal was terrible. This antenna so far works pretty well for that channel, but the quality of the signal for other broadcast channels is then not as good as it was with the other antenna. It seems like a decent compromise solution now.

We are in the process of "cutting the cord" and wanted to see how many channels we could get with an antenna. Purchased this refurbished for $12.99. Set it up, scanned for channels and was very surprised that we received 40 channels. I had read that a R6 cable is better than the R5 one supplied so we purchased an R6 cable, moved the Mohu a few inches on the window and now receive 55 channels. That is fantastic. I would recommend definitely getting the R6 cable, using a cable as short as you can for what you need and position the Mohu on a window with the white side facing out. I'd also recommend using a heavy scotch tape to put it in place at first so you can move it around easily and scan a few times. Also use the TVFool and Mohu tool (both free) to determine how many channels you should receive. I am 100% pleased and will be gladly cutting the cable cord soon.Read full review
