Since the 80's ,I have loved the scent of Jess perfume. I used it for several years and then it vanished off the shelves. So ,there I was without a great replacement...only could use Chanel no.5 and other pricey ones. So,finally I saw Jess again on eBay and bought and got it , today l. So here I am after a fresh bath and sprayed on a little of Jess( a little goes a long way) and truly liked the scent. Will wear it much and tire of it ...never.

Screechy Fragrance.
This fragrance is so screechy I had to take a wet cloth and wipe it down. After that it calmed down quite a bit. Next time I will only use 1 spritz. 2 was way too much. At this 1 spritz rate of usage I'll have this bottle until the day I die.

Sweet powdery classic treat
Jessica McClintock has some of the best fragrances! 3 of which are in my top ten list. Modern Jess sings beautifully in cool crisp weather-- if you like sweet powdery violets surrounded by a beautifully done bouquet of florals. Lasts way longer with better sillage than most other well known brands and the price is right. I stocked up for the winter since I can't use it in the heat it is far too powdery and old fashioned in the heat but cool weather brings out the beauty ☺️

I have a little of the original plus some lotion. This will make a nice tie in with that. The original has gotten too strong; so the aromatherapy is big time in the new Modern Jess.
