Years ago I bought non-Miele bags for several months (much cheaper) to save money. I found out the hard way that non-Miele bags gradually destroy Miele vac motors, simply because they allow more dust into the vac system. I changed the filters just as often, but I ended up needing a rebuilt motor on my great old Miele Solaris model. Fortunately in my town there was somebody who could do this...but unless you have a lot of money to throw around (I don't, I just need a really good vac for SW adobe dust and pet hair, plus wheels that do not degrade due to saltillo tile and flagstone!), you should always buy genuine Miele bags to prolong the life of your Miele vac.

These bags are great and fit my specific Miele vacuum cleaner perfectly, lasting awhile between changing needed. The red ones are different from the blue ones specific to your model, so make sure you pick the correct ones. Otherwise, quality product at a great price!

The only reason that I could not give it five stars, Is the bags are now made in China and no longer in Belgium. There is a definite quality difference in the bag material. The new bags are still better than generic brand. Miele company cutting corners, to the lowest bidder!

Good quality vacuum cleaner bags. Better than the copy cat ones I've been using lately. I think their construction will allow less dirt to get into the vacuum itself.

Have ordered these bags for some time now and is the only one we have used since purchasing vacuum cleaner. My wife likes the 99% filtration. Bags are totally full when they are changed. Good quality bags. The box has changed.
