The controller was brand new as advertised so you have to remember to pair it with your XBox before you can use it. Otherwise you'll have a controller that constantly blinks and unworkable until you do pair it up.

AA battery housing is flawed. Controller constantly disconnects. Impractical to use to actually play a game. Completely useless to me. Regret spending the extra money for the Microsoft brand. If I wanted cheap junk I would have bought the off brand.

I take pretty good care of my gaming devices, this was actually the first time I had to replace my controller as the left joystick wore down and keeps going to the right often. I thought the price of controllers would be cheaper now that the Xbox One was released but they're still the same price since it was released. This was when I decided to search online and find a better deal. I received this little gem in the mail and got back to gaming with a bunch of friends, I didn't notice any problems with the controller, it works about the same as my older controller did when it was new. This one is slightly lighter than the other, which gives it a hallow feel. The only negative problem with this product is that it's labeled an official licensed product of Microsoft or Xbox when it's actually a counterfeit. Oddly enough, this product is actually pretty good and the exact same controller a buddy of mine purchased from a swap meet a few years ago. So it is misleading to claim this is an official product, and if you visit actual retail stores you can tell they're packaged much differently. There's slight differences from the original; The guide button has cheap shiny paint, it's cheap light plastic, wrong colors on parts of the controller, it's wireless range is slightly weaker than the original but very hard to notice and all real controllers say "Microsoft" not "Xbox 360" on the top near the charger port. The price should be cheaper, as the swap meets sell them around $25 - $30, so buying this around $40 was too much for something that isn't authentic. This product should not be labeled as official, it works fine but I'm sure the cheap plastic design will break or wear down quicker than the real controllers. I actually believe the $25 - $30 range is fair for this product because it's a counterfeit. I would give it a negative review but it works fine and designed very well, I know it's cheaper parts but aside from it being slightly lighter the controller works fine. I won't buy another one unless it's for a cheap price or a gag gift for someone. On the bright side I'm able to tell knockoff brands from the original authentic products.Read full review
Microsoft X-Box 360 controller with USB receiver, everything to get you started is included in the package, included items are the controller which is super ergonomic, the USB receiver to pair the controller to the PC and a set of 2 Duracell batteries, also included is a software disk which for Windows 10 does not work, I am on version 1709 of windows 10 and its basically plug and play. Great value.
