Product came as promised, but was not able to install as described.Had to contact Micro Soft support to find problem. Tech guy was great, he remotely operated my system to find the problem. It was some malware and other issues that had to be cleaned and adjusted before the install. Once done, it installed and updated with no further issues. Had it not been for the install issues that were on my machine, I would assume that there would not be any install problems. MS checked the key, and made no issue about that, so you can buy with confidence that the software is legit.

This was the BEST and EASIEST Microsoft Product I ever loaded. Not one problem. I have used Word, Excel and Power Point so far. Not one issue. The only thing that I would like to see and that is because I am a Project Manager and Project Designer is that they would add Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio to the Office Suite. Also, Kudos to the provider. No one issue with receiving the product

The install was seamless, with the exception of being able to specify a location where you wished to install the product, I don't like default locations ! The product's interface takes a bit of education. It was not as straight forward as previous versions of Office.
