Another reviewer had mentioned the dents and yes, the unit has its share of them but compared to what new icemakers cost this was a steal. Plus the majority of the dents you don’t see because it’s under the countertop.I replaced an expensive uline icemaker that never shut off we had to manually turn it off or the ice would overflow while this one shuts itself off and has the pump to pump out the melted water. And the blue LED light is really cool so again for what I paid for this machine if it gets me through the next 2 to 3 years I’ll be a happy camper. It was very easy to install.

You have to knock the ice away from the maker inside. It also gets the pump lever gets stuck. A little cleaning and a restart works. For me it works great. I would recommend that it is placed where you can get to it very easy in case there is a -problem. All the problems have been little ones

Replaced a Kitchenaid ice maker that had several problems and cost 4x the amount. The Maxx works fine, is quieter, and a good value. Only issue was the alarm beeper went off twice within a few days,, turned unit off then on...OK . Don't know if this a problem going forward

Great price and even greater ice maker. This ice maker was half the price of a new one and just had a little damage on the top back corner of the unit. It’s under the counter so it isn’t visible. This machine can produce a ton of ice. Thank you
