These JJ's keep in mind are the "old" TESLA Corporation. These tubes take the HEAT of a hot high gain amp. Others will as well but the longevity of JJ's is untouchable. CHEWY warm organic tone. You can't go wrong with these tubes in your amp. I personally feel they are the BEST. Mullard's second.

This is probably a good handle however, it's NOT the kind of handle vintage 800's, 900's or 2000's came with from the factory. It's a much later version and the dimensions (screw hole centers, the size of the black plastic screw covers etc.), are totally different. The only reason I kept it was because I didn't want to go through the trouble and expense of returning it. Besides, I'm certain the vender sold it to me in good faith.

Previous owner had installed white circuit board jacks with white nuts that didn't look right. These fit perfect and make the amp look original. They work great, no complaints here.

I felt lucky to find this first-year transitional 1976 Marshall 2203 100 watt head. This is the sound of rock and the master volume makes this so practical to getting those AC/DC tones at reasonable volumes. Hit the front end with a Tube Screamer and you've got ALL the rock and metal tones you've heard from the past several decades.

Can you say high voltage rock and roll...this bad boy is a beast for AC/DC and classic rock...party on Garth I reckon!! I put the preamp on 1 and the master volume on 3 and hit it with a green screamer and rattled the walls baby!
