I have had these toe clips on my folding bike for years. They were standard equipment. I love them. They make me feel safer because I can slip my shoes out of them instantly in case of a sudden need to stop. I am starting to ride my regular bike again, so I finally ordered a pair for it as well. The last time I rode it, my right foot would not come out of the old toe clip fast enough when I had to make a quick stop, causing me to fall and get injured.

I have used half clips on my around town bike for some time. It just feels safer than full clips or clipless for years i used plastic one but i alway broke them so this time i bought the metal. They work well and are easy to start/stop with in the hand i cannot really feel a weight difference. Clip help me fatigue and climbing enough to notice and these do not disapoint

These clips provide very good stability. The look is less than traditional - however, I don't use the straps and find these clips easier to step into.

I have these on my commuter bike and my fixie. They are easy to use and high quality. They hold your feet in position and are easy to kick out of when necessary.

Installed these on my Schwinn easy rider. They work fine but I can only get my toes in. I make sure I'm wearing soft toed sneakers when riding.
