This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks, scuffs and spots of discoloration on the plastic shell. There is rust on the axles, underframe and metal hand rails. One of the hand rail sections is warped a bit. There is wear on the wheels and a bit of tarnish on the wheels & pickups. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
