This is a good router if you're looking for a AC1200 class router. The Linksys configuration page takes a bit of getting used to if you are used to using the old style flat configurations. I jumped from a 10 year old router to this and it was a bit of a shock. It works well though. My only complaint was due to the fact this was a refurbished router that was obviously used in Toronto Canada previously. The issue is that all my android devices, when connected to the router, locate themselves in Toronto. This isn't the router's fault, it has to do with Google using a know MAC being tied to a physical location. I hold out hope that at some point Google will re-locate this but for now I have to not use WiFi for location. Overall, a good product and a good supplier. Arrived exactly as described in excellent condition.Read full review

Received this brand new in the package. For the life of me I couldn't not set up the wifi. Worked on it for a couple days and gave up. If you want to hook it up to a wired connection (a smart tv) it works great but I cannot comment on the wifi setup. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WIFI PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT SETUP EASY!!!!!!!! I even searched it out on YOUTUBE on how to set it up and still it wouldn't work the way they said. I would say only buying this if your a I.T. specialist. If your a run of the mill computer worker steer clear.

This wireless router seems to be working good so far. Time will tell since only had it about 3wks. Took a few to get set up but I'm no computer whiz either. Hence the 4 stars. Signal to my cell and roku seem decent. I even get some signal outside now which I didn't have before! The other reason for 4 stars is because the lights are in the back...which is fine if all is wrking. If something stops it's gona be hard to see what's out without moving it out to see! Overall for the price it's a good unit and wld buy again....

Intuitive software interface with the added capability of remote control (i.e. you can edit your network settings from your smart phone or a coffee shop). Build quality is quite stable, and its sleek appearance means it can blend in with other electronics or rest quietly on the wall. Dual-band signal is strong. Firmware lets you set parental controls or prioritize up to three devices. You can also permanently assign DCHP addresses for those more tech-savvy folks that want to run servers at home. This router replaced my legendary Linksys WRT54G and does an even better job. I rarely need to restart it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a router with modern networking capabilities that has fewer than 8 antennae.

Very easy set up! as soon as i got it i plugged it in and connected to it through a laptop set my name that i wanted my connection to be and set a password and done! my daughter connected to it with her desktop she said that the signal is stronger than its ever been! and so did my wife! we have 4 laptops 3 desktops and 3 cellphones and a tablet and they all connected flawlessly. I used the interface to see who was connected to the router which was cool and it had parental security features as well. love the router! Good job Linksys!
