I have a 590A1 with a Magpul CTR milspec and it fit it just fine. I went to Lowes and bought some 10-24 x 3/4 screws. If you get these screws, you can retain the factory .3in hard rubber pad, and this. I got about 3 layers of padding. This should help with 3in 00buck. Very good quality, 1 pro/con though. Rubber compound is a little sticky so dirt likes to cling to it and it loves to hold onto your shirt. The pro side to it, is that it loves to hold onto your shirt so it's not going anywhere.

Placed this on a Magpul CTR and installed on a 12 gauge home defense gun. I took it out and ran 25 rounds of 3" "00" buck shot through it, guess what, no sore shoulder the next day. Performs better than the .750 Magpul pad, however it is also considerably more expensive. Wouldn't consider for anything less than a .308 caliber firearm where recoil really isn't an issue.

I've gotten two of these now, they add the best recoil reduction available for Black Rifle stocks, which very few manufacturers seem to realize there is a need for this product. Got on a 5.56 and a .308 both having ACS-L stocks, the .308 being more important with the higher recoil. I'm building another 5.56 long range gun with fixed Magpul MOE stock, and it's getting this now also.

This recoil reduction pad by Limb Saver works great! Simple installation to the plastic Magpul MOE collapsible stock on my AR. Just had to remove the factory stock pad and reuse the 2 screws to install it. It is exactly what I need to shoot comfortably.
