Awesome and great looking smart watch!!! This is the second watch that I bought because it is one of the few watches where you can insert a SIM card and use it without bringing your phone. When I visited the Philippines I just bought a local SIM card (for $5 and it came with a couple of hours of talk time plus text) and I was immediately using my watch as a phone paired with a bluetooth earphone. My brother was so impressed with it that I gave it to him (this is the reason why I had to buy another one for myself... for only $60!!!). The other smartwatches have a non-removable SIM integrated within the watch and you would have to go to your provider (ATT, T-Mobile, etc) to activate it and have to pay an extra $5 or $10 a month in the US... roaming service in the Philippines would have definitely set me back some serious cash. Also, this watch looks so much better than all the other smartwatches. People say that it is "thick"... but the way the watch has beveled edges makes it look thinner than it actually is. I have skinny wrists but it looks good on me. The same people who complain that it's thick are probably the same people who don't give it a second thought to wear those big, thick and expensive fashion watches :)Read full review

the lg urbane 2nd edition Verizon model at this time, cant be updated to android wear 2.0 without rooting because Verizon decided not to roll out the ota for their version of the watch. you can use a modified version but using adb is hit and miss for flashing the files needed because of the design of the watch connection to the usb cable.

They are good watches for a couple of months then the band starts to deteriorate and finally breaks. Since there are LTE antennas inside you can't just buy a band you have to get one that has the antennae and there is only one Korean source since LG won't sell you one. That is close to $70 with shipping. After replacing the band all is well for a couple of more months then you notice that it won't accept a charge and you try all the interweb suggestions none of which work for more than a day. So there you are with your beautiful LG watch with a beautiful leather band kept busy weighting down a stack of papers on your desk. This is my third and last LG product. You would be better of buying a cheap Chinese Android watch and pitching it after 3 months and you would be less frustrated too.

For being one of the, if not ther first 4glte watches, it's def a great watch. The quality is excellent. Aside from not getting the newest android wear update (2.0) (at least not by the time of this post) this watch has comparable specs to watches that were just released. Better quality than several others i have had in the past.

I have fell in love with this type/brand. I like the style and look of the watch. I now have a second watch for backup. It has many apps synced from your phone. Was only interested in the compatibility to get text, phone calls at the flip of a wrist. I do not care how the text messaging works on this one. You have to find the contact and select text or call. But the upside, there are no long list of old text messages on this watch. I'm small, and the watch fits me just fine.
