I already have one. I have had it for about 4 years. It replaced the one before that I had for about 4 years. (it got washed). I keep a spare. I just swap out the SIM card, and keep on keepin' on. I use these because I am retired, in front of a laptop, or desktop several hours a day. I use skype with subscription, so I can call anyone is US,Canada, Mexico for about $2.50 a month. My prepaid cell # shows up, so I can receive calls on my cell. I only use it for talking. No way I would watch anything on a smart phone. I got my stereo/computer set up to watch movies. ROKU, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. So... I buy minutes by the $100.00 amount, and they last about a year. I'll bet there ain't many who can say they spend $10.00 a month on phone service. I am very pleased.

It appears to be a beautiful phone, in new-condition. The problem is the ad says that it is compatible with NET 10, which is what I was after, but, alas, it can only be used using AT&T. So, not having been able to activate it, I can only assume that it's a good value, which it appears to be, but I have no idea if it has a long battery life, and I have no idea what a "small for factor" even is. My conversations with the Nadia of EMB Phones were very professional and they were quick to try to make things right. I would buy from them again.

The product I received was just as described! I've owned two of these flip phones and they both served me well. When this one goes kaput I will probably get another. Easy to use.

The phone is OK but has a lot of bells and whistles I don't need. It's a pain using the Contacts list because you have to wait from 20 to 60 seconds as it first attempts to link to the AT&T Address Book. After you get a "System Failure" message, you then can access your Contacts. The battery life is very poor. The phone has to be recharged about once every 24 hours without even making or receiving a call. If used to call, the charge doesn't even last a day. My old Samsung flip phone would go for 4 to 5 days on a charge under normal use. I wish they still made simple flip phones that were just phones -- not cameras, calculators, stop watches, etc.

Bought this phone for my 88 year old Mom who could never get the hang of operating a smartphone. We found out she still has problems accessing the contact list on the LG but at least can easily dial 911 if needed.
