I have been making risotto for years and am very good at it. This book gives step-by-step for the beginner (I did it thru trial and error with my neighbor who's a well known chef). It also gives wonderful recipes and may different ideas for risotto. Of course it is high quality printing (William Sonoma) with pictures for each recipe. I (and now my neighbor after seeing it) recommend it to everyone who is curious and interested in making or mastering risotto.
I have most of this Time/Life series and they are my "go to" when I need some inspiration. These are fairly simple books to use and follow a recipe from; they have never let me down and this is just another that follows that same premise.
Sent this to my son ... he loves it ...wondering if i have 100 characters now for the review ... great ........
