Like gasoline, at some level all allergy nasal sprays are the same. They all contain Fluticasone Propionate. The differences are in the price and what else is in the spray. Kirkland Aller-Flo is reasonably priced and widely available in 5 bottle packages. I'm not a chemist, but as a long time user of Aller-Flo it is easy on the nose. I've tried other off brands, but this one is closest to Flonase and doesn't burn when using it.

I have been using this for years. It is good for seasonal allergies and other nasal problems. Plus it is so much cheaper than other brands because you can buy more than one at a time and don't have to buy more for a long time.

A great substitute to the name brand at a lot less money. It is easy to use & since I bought 5 bottles I will have it for a long time.

This is just as good as the Brand name and about 70% less if you buy five. I hadn't used Flonase for about 4 years and I didn't think it helped, but my new allergy Dr. told me to spray it only to the OUTSIDES OF BOTH NOSTRILS. This way I wouldn't swallow most of it, AND IT MAY take about 3 weeks to work really well. NOW it works great!- I just don't understand why this simple information is not ON THE LABEL. I never really thought it was that great until I used it correctly!!!!!

I have taken pills (loratadine) for years for my allergies. I was satisfied with it but still at times suffered with sinus infections. I finally went to a nose doctor and he changed me over to this nasal spray instead. Although I haven't been using it for very long, I do like that it goes directly to the problem. Time will tell if it's better than the pills. The spray is easy to use once a day and has a pleasant scent.
