Front bumper replacement
The plastic bumper is relatively easy to replace with only 4 bolts to attach to the frame and two additional bolts used to attach the hood to the bumper pivot points. You will have to reuse your the original plastic spacers when attaching the hood to the bumper (do not over tighten). Two bolts with washers for attaching the bumper to the front frame are provided. Please be sure to place the washers in the correct position when attaching. If you do not, you could damage the plastic bumper part you are replacing. You will need to use two of the original side bolts with lock washers to secure the bumper to the frame. Make sure you position the bumper so the hood does not bind when closed over engine. Took about 15 minutes to replace the bumper.

Fit the original hood perfectly
It was a easy bolt on for my lt155 hood, it came with the clips and new bolts, you do need to reuse your bushings but I didn't put them in at all and it still seemed fine , hardly noticed a difference when I put them in, easy inexpensive fix for a difficult hood to find

New hinge bracket
This part was so easy to install, simply reuse the rubber grommets and the new hardware provided. Done in ten minutes, would have been quicker but couldn’t find my shed keys. Ha!

Hood Rebuild
Perfect fix for my busted up hood, before assembling I took it all apart cleaned scuffed then put down fiberglass cloth every where i could with fiberglass resin, much stronger now, and saved my machine, I was told running without the hood risks overheating and blowing the motor, so i glued and glassed all cracked parts, someday I'll do the outer side with more glass , sand , and paint
