Hard workout but great results. I have bought 5 of Jillian Michaels workout dvds and have been pleased with all of them and the results I have gotten from them. She is the best trainer in my opinion. Her moves aren't all that difficult and she keeps it rather basic as far as needing equipment and such. She's more into using your own body weight. I always recommend her when people ask me what I am doing to get in shape(besides the gym also) and trying to eat well.
I am no workout champ or fitness guru. Just a guy who lost forty pounds (238-198) with this disk, a cheap step and combined with Wii fit and some (slightly) improved dietary habits. I also used some light 3-8 pound weights to enhance the workout. For me, it worked well, lasted 28 minutes, and made huge imporvments in my fitness. For 5-7 dollars, well worth the price.
It was very motivating, a little hard, but that is Jillian for you..lol This dvd has helped me to lose the extra weight, she is like on the biggest loser so she really seems to care and she wants you to do good, It was a little hard, but I knew it would be, she is awesome, I really enjoyed having her in my living room, showing me all of her weight loss tricks, she about killed me at first, but it got easier! This is highly recommended for anyone wanting to lose weight!
Good DVD. You can take it at your own pase through the phases. She really whips you into shape. I recommend the Shape up (front) (backside) for beginners video if you would like to take it a little bit slower or your looking for more videos from her.
I like the full body workout that you recieve although it says it's only a front shape up...I love the feeling i get from doing ANY of Jillian Michaels' workouts...i bought it because i have been doing her workouts on Comcast OnDemand and i really really enjoyed them...
