Unfortunately we had a more expensive model of Jura for 22 years. It finally conked out and in ordering this less expensive model 2 decades later I thought we might be ok. Nope. It was very flimsy (best word I can use) and didn't work. The not working part is probably unlucky, but it didn't impress us. I will say, even our old Jura F9 Impressa (at double the price) was never able to handle oily beans so we lived with a clogged grinder 20 out of 22 years and added grounds manually because we love Peets coffee.

I've had a Jura coffee maker for the last 6 years and made 100's of cups of coffee. So when the old one was about to bite the dust I went for another Jura product the Impressa C65. Coffee freshly made with every cup just can't be beat. Jura products are reliable and fairly easy to use and clean.
