Installed this is a gaming PC that I built for my fiance and it works great! Paired with a RX 570 it loads games just as fast as my system with a OC 7600!! Bit of an issue with the Asus MB...wouldn't boot to BIOS. Turns out that for this CPU you need to make sure the bios is at the most recent version. The MB would boot with a much slower CPU so upgraded the BIOS then off to the races. This CPU works perfectly now.

although i had some installation due to some thermal past on the contact pads, after cleaning it up it worked wonders. games went from choppy and unstable fps's to 60 + in bf1 at med to high settings.
