Awesome snow cones!
This machine works amazing for shaving ice. It is incredibly easy and quick. You can even control the fineness of the ice shavings by applying more or less pressure to get a slower finer shave or faster to get a larger crystal. It is a little bulky to store away in a cabinet, but it fits right next to the waffle maker and will get more use during the year than that gets I’m sure. The blade is tucked inside the opening nicely and the machine won’t operate if the handle is up so it is good for my kids, although I honestly won’t let them near it. We will see how long the blade lasts but it looks fairly easy to switch out if ever needed. Best of all there are no awful plastic parts attached. All metal and stainless steel so there isn’t that one vital part you know for sure will somehow get broken in the first 6 months!Read full review

Cheap Price, for a Quality Product!
Powerful machine (not a gadget like some might think for the price) that gets the job done. Yes, it spits a bit of ice on the floor and you might have to wipe a few drops that have turned to water from the counter, but that's obviously something that comes with making shaved iced. The ice is perfect. Almost like snow. The price can't be beaten. Amazon doesn't get close.

this product that I purchased is a gift to a friend however, i have the same product that I ordered several years ago and I am very satisfied with with it. Solid construction, it's fast and easy to use. Just pour ice cubes on the receptacle and press down the handle and shaved ice comes out and a tray will catch it. Excellent little kitchen equipment.

Well made, sturdy machine that works perfectly Was surprised at how fast it works & as it comes out, it truly feels like snow! Some of the 'snow' does blow around while it's working so fast. If you use it indoors, I would recommend just putting a towel under it beforehand to prevent any puddles. We used it outside with grandkids, in the warmth, the snow then turns into an icy snow cone consistency so it's a win win.
