Well to be honest I would say so far so good!, I have not ran the battery all the way down but have cut about 25+ 4 inch diameter redwood limbs with no problem and the battery still showed 2 bars as far as charge so I would say it is a great saw for small cut sessions but stick with the Stihl 026 or 036 for serious cutting.

Nice not to have the hassle of fussy starting, smell and vibration of a gas saw but still have the mobility. If you plan on doing a lot of work, a second battery would be a good investment. I haven't had it long enough to fully evaluate it. It doesn't get 5 stars because it requires an unusual file size, 11/64", and the manual doesn't make it easy to figure that out.

Compared to my other chainsaws, this one is light, quiet and designed for safety. It is hard to use one handed. It does not require pull starts, gas mixing, carburetor cleaning etc.

This is a top of the line, high quality, Swedish chainsaw (battery made in Vietnam, charger in ROC). It is a compact model, light, not meant for "big" jobs (manual recommends only using it with 13" or smaller trunks, or branches. It has so many safety features its probably difficult to remember all of them. Battery is 4 Ah and it lasts long, I only used 1/3 while cutting a 16' pine trunk, which is soft wood. Chainsaw went through it very fast, with no effort on my part. Only stopped when the trunk pinched the saw, its safety immediately stops it. Its very easy to use, basically out of the box you only add oil, charge the battery (1st time about 2 hr), check the chain tension, install the batt and go. Of course its low noise while operating, about as loud as a drill.

Its a Husqvarna . Good reputation still intact. Cut my first trees down and it performed well. You need to make sure the chain is spinning before making the cut and keep it spinning when removing it from the cut or it will bind like any other chainsaw. The battery life is good but I would not expect to chop a lot of 12 inch trees down between charges. 4-6 at the most which is pretty good in my opinion. Wish the battery was cheaper to obtain a spare, but thats also typical.
