I didn't like this grip so returned it. It fit the gun well, installed very easy, and gave extra pinkie finger room. What I didn't like is the hardness of the material the grip is made of and the smoothness. Because of the hard compound and no texture, it was slippery and difficult to get a firm grasp on the gun when pulling it out of the holster. I prefer a grip similar to the original. I am trying other grips.

The Ruger LCR is the best concealment pistol for in the waist band or appendix carry. The stock grip is too short and caught on skin and clothes. This grip is perfect ergonomically, giving a three finger grip and points well. Doesn't catch on skin or clothes.

Smooth material. Does not stick to clothing or rub your skin raw. Will not crack like wood nor degrade like rubber. Provides a full grip, but not overly large. The .38 LCR loaded with 125 grain bullets and fitted with this grip weighs 17.28 ounces. This grip is a bit larger than stock, but also a bit thinner. No ridiculous recoil dampening technology in this very sold grip. The finger groove fit my hand perfectly. Your results may vary if you have really small hands. This grip should outlast the gun.

This grip with the pinky extension makes a huge difference. Revolver is so much handier and shootable now. I carry in a thunderwear holster. These grips are smooth and don’t snag in clothing. They didn’t change the conceal ability (for my application.) love them.

Great grips. Now my LCR sits in my front pocket, whereas before these new grips my LCR sat in the safe. The original grips were for shooting comfort, not for carry, for they grabbed, and dragged on your clothing. These new grips are perfect.... 😊
