Ripped as I installed it. I put it in hot water and then tried installing it and as It went on, it ripped on the very top center part. I would not recommend this or I would recommend a different way to install this.

I read many reviews on this grip sleeve & 95% of them were very positive & the owners were very satisfied with the grip. A word to the wise, make sure & read the enclosed installation instructions. This grip is a very tight fit & a heat gun, boiling water or a full window of sunlight will go miles to ease the installation. I personally used a forced air heat gun but I'm sure a good blow-dryer would do the trick. In doing some research I learned on a Gun Forum page that this grip would also fit a Kel-Tech P17 pistol to add some grip texture as the factory grip surface is pretty smooth & narrow. You can view the pix & see how well it fits without interfering with the Ambi-Dexterous magazine release or safety lever. This all around was a very worthwhile purchase. Thanks Hogue!!

This Hogue grip feels great on my G34. It did take a bit to install. Be sure to follow the directions provided in the packaging. It does work, but takes some patience. Once installed, the grip is firmly in place. There are actually palm swells on the side so the grip is noticeably larger than the stock Glock grip. I have medium sized hands and still can get a good grip and proper placement on the trigger with this Hogue grip. I liked it so much I also got the same grip for my G19.

Worthwhile addition to my G22. Excellent grip and fit once installed. However, the grip on the G22 is a little wider than the 17/19 so the grip is EXTREMELY tight. Installing it requires soaking in very hot water, stretching, and lubricating with Windex or similar before attempting to install using plastic "shoehorn" strips cut from the packaging as indicated. Very difficult to get onto the grip and aligned but can be done(take your time and use plenty of lube). Perfect fit when correctly positioned.
