Writes very wet, and more like a med or broad than a fine nib, but smoothly and with very few skips or hard starts. Grip is good, but the cap does not post at all (clearly designed that way: not just loose tolerances), so it's very short . Due to the shortness, it's best suited IMO for someone with small hands or short fingers; people with med to large hands will probably find it crampey. I'm more in the latter category, sadly. REALLY wish the cap could post, as that would make all the difference.

It works better than pens I have had costing 20 times more. Pencil thin, good for small hands. Fine point is good. Writes first time even after sitting for a few days. If yours works as well as mine it may be the best inexpensive fountain pen available.

An elegant, small diameter pen that generally writes well, I does have a tendency to need a little bound from the hand to start it most of the times one goes to use it.
