I love my HP Photosmart 2575. It is super fast with black and color print jobs. I am a college student who needed a unit that will copy, scan and print. This unit gets the job done. Now the machine does have some downfalls. If you are using Windows Vista you will either need to download the driver from the HP website or request a driver on cd (if you have dial-up like I do, u will need to get the driver on cd). Also it uses ink a little too fast. As a college student I need to save money wherever I can and spending a lot of money on ink does not help! Overall, this is a great machine and I would recomend it to anyone considering an all-in-one machine.
This is an awesome printer! I have this connected to my upscale Gateway computer, and I just love it. It is the easiest printer to use that I have ever owned. It is so valuable to me, in that if I need a quick copy of something (happens a lot with kids)I can lift the lid, lay the item on the glass, and press the copy button. I can print instantly that way in color or b/w. The scanner is very intuitive. It does not require a lot to learn how to use and does an excellent job. As a printer, it is awesome, too! Jams are relatively rare and happen mainly if you try to use thin, cheap paper. If you just buy a relatively moderate thickness of paper (I recommend HP) then you don't have problems. I can replace regular paper with photo paper in various sizes effortlessly and print. I love using Google's Picasa program with this copier. They work great together. In short, I recommend this printer for the young and old alike. Older folks who don't have a lot of technical knowledge can install this printer just fine, and more experienced users will enjoy the ease of operation. I like this model very, very much, even though there are newer models. It has everything you need set up very handily. Buttons are well-placed, and the shape of the copier will fit into most any space easily, because it is not bulky like some copiers, but it has a good weight to it, so it does not rattle and shake around. Hope you will try it and like it as much as I do! You can get them fairly cheap now, and they use the HP "95" and "98" cartridges that are easily obtained from most office stores, drug stores, and of course, Wal-Mart! Enjoy!Read full review
The All-in-One Ink Photosmart 2575 Ink Jet Printer is more than adequate for home use. It is easy to set up for copies and for printing documents. The key pad used to regulate the print and copy settings is user-friendly and can be easily figured out. The display for choosing the print settings is easy to read and operate. This printer seldom jams and is easy to clear when it does. Overall, the Photosmart 2575 All-in-One performs very well.
This printer is great for digital cameras. Prints awesome quality pictures, and the features let you prints sephia, B&W, and antique. Only dislike is that you have to alighn picture so it won't cut it off when printing. Other than that I am very satisfied!
Tfact that ithis was my first printer, I bought it to print pictures and etc.I like the the quality prints I get from it. I don't like the This was my first printer, I bought it to print my on pictures, I like the quality of the prints, I did not like the fact it didn't come with a little man to install it for me, it was quiet the nightmare. I can't compare it to any other being new to this computer age, I am a work in slow progress.
