The printer came well packed and set up very quickly using the Windows 10 setup process. The software and drivers were readily available on HP's website. After a quick computer restart, printing was easy. The quality of the print is excellent and I am glad for the seller's refurbishment efforts. Absolutely reliable so far. Glad I found this deal.

Product was shipped haphazardly damaging the printer. I had to use parts from my old printer. Some of the doors were damaged. Popcorn packing only does not work. Box was not marked fragile. I hope the printer holds up.

I bought this printer so that I could make a memory book for my high school classes 50 Reunion. My ink jet printer would not have been as economical to produce over 70 copies of a 50 or 60 page memory book. I haven't finished the book yet but I have all the supplies I need. Just waiting on the info from classmates. I have been using the printer for other project and I am more than pleased with the results. The color is stunning and very clear. It is less noisey than my inkjet but it stops to calibrate quite often. I love being able to scan photos directly to a travel disk and not have to clutter my computer with the photos until I need them. Overall, I woould say I am very happy with my new printer.
Was overall fairly pleased with this printer as I bought it new and used it for my business. The printing, including color photographs inserted into reports, was acceptable. But it was SLOW... kept wanting to clean itself and sometimes took quite a while to get going with the job at hand. The scanner was easy to use, but as time went by, it tended to copy things too light and I had to go back through every page and adjust the contrast before saving. I don't know why or how this happened. The fax worked o.k. After having it about three to four years, the touch screen became "mis-aligned." When trying to fax or copy and touching on the correct symbol, it showed the touch as way to the right. The icons on the right were unusable. Researched this online and learned this is a typical problem with these HP machines. Of course, it's out of warranty... tried all the fixes recommended by HP and will not pay for consult or repair. The cost of replacing the touchscreen was nearly $200 just for the part, never mind labor! So just getting rid of it and bought a Canon. I'm boycotting HP... durability and reliability is poor. I've never had a printer last such a short period of time.Read full review

This printer is exactly what I was looking for. Had no problems installing the printer. Prints fast enough for me. Resolution is ok except if your printing photos. You may wish to go some where to get copies. Only downside I have found is you have to remove the paper and put envelopes in tray before printing envelopes. Other than that it's a great printer. So far the toner has lasted much longer than the ink cartridges in my outher HP printer.
