a little disappointed
I have tried to contact the supplier but it does not respond, the product did not work when I installed it and I re-installed it several times, as well as I have restarted the printer on several occasions but the product still does not work. This was the message I left him: I have installed the product on several occasions and my printer throws me a message indicating that it does not work, I already tried to reset my printer but it did not work, the cartridges that come with the kit do accept them, only the head that is not detected, a technician told me to try to install another new print head. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I left this message from December 14, 2022, but I have not had a response and it does not give me the option of a return.

Plotter won't work without it
The HP Printhead Replacement Kit is easy to install; it took less than 2 minutes. However, my only complaint is that it is expensive! Be sure to use the included ink cartridges with the Printhead Kit for ease of installation. Once they're exhausted you should be able to resume use of the cartridges that were in the old printhead. I wrapped the cartridges in Ziploc to keep them from drying up in the meantime.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Unable to finish Installation
