Had to purchase a new battery, battery that was sent with it did not hold a charge. Most likely the original battery date on the battery was 2011. also it keeps dropping internet connection. The laptop is right next to the router, no other device in the house drops internet connection.

THIS PROBOOK IS SPOT ON! HAS NEARLY EVERY PROGRAM I USE. WINDOWS ECT... THE ONLY DOWNFALL I FOUND IS THAT IT DID NOT COME WITH OFFICE 365 ACTIVATED FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. LIGHTWEIGHT, WIFI READY AND THE BATTERY LIFE IS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT. I LOVE IT AND AM SURE YOU WILL TOO.

I'm a believer in refurbished computers and this was a good way to update from XP to windows 10 and get a nice HP laptop as well. The computer received was quite clean and showed very little wear.. The screen size is larger than my previous laptop,so that was a nice upgrade. The case of this computer seems quite durable.
