I highly recommend purchasting this lawnmower and from this seller. I had the misfortune of purchasing this from a different provider on Amazon...long-story short; it turned out to be a complete scam and Amazon in the end refunded my money. Needless to say, not happy with Amazon and ordered the exact lawnmower from Ebay. The lawnmower arrived relatively quickly and practically assembled. The directions were easy to follow and it came with everything promised. Now to the test...the ordeal with the 1st mower took almost 2 months before being revealed/resolved and my purchase of this mower. Of course the 2 months were during an extended period of rain falll. Although none of my neighbors said it to my face...clearly from the look of the jungle that had completely taken over my yard, I officially become the T-P-T neighbor (truly no offense meant)...LOL. It took hours and both of the included batteries to cut the yard, which the mower handled like a PRO! The grass was tall, over ran with even taller weeds and wet. However, the mower never died; I utlized the mulching feature vs. the grass catcher/bag, which worked amazingly. I can't recommed this seller or this mower any more than I can...even if they were paying me. I did a lot of reseach on electric mowers prior to purchase and I understand why Greenworks mower consistently ranked in the top 3...it's #1 in my book.Read full review
