This is a great bang for the buck, on the best natural mineral supplement money can buy. The roots of this plant extend forty feet into the ground, and extract huge amounts of minerals from the soil.. Ironically, for the most part, this stuff is fed to animals, and people consume the nutrition-less product of sugar, that is obtained from the processing. For those who don't know, minerals are at the top of the pyramid of health. You can accidentally get some vitamins from the food supply, but if you aren't deliberately trying to do so, you will NOT get any minerals from the food supply. These have to be actively sought out and consumed. A failure to do so will pay huge dividends in poor health, as life goes on. I know of no better source of minerals, for consuming large amounts.
