Well these were very good knifes. Passed them up when they were only $20.00 . Then you couldn't find the one I wanted. Prices went up, but still found one. (YEAH) Very sharp knife with a sturdy blade, and a usable saw. Like the Glock pistols, they are simple, clean, and effective. These are designed well with a good protective blade guard and case. With normal use they will last a long time. Thanks to G. Glock.

The metal might be a little soft against other metals like brass, but against wood and the like, it will hold a sharp edge and sharpen easily. You can remove the shinny black paint with rubbing alcohol and a cloth. A mat black finish will be revealed underneath the paint, which then makes it look more like a military knife. You can remove the plastic cap at the end of the grip, thread the the metal tube that lines the inside of the handle, drop in some thread glue, and screw in a bolt to make a steel bolt end to the knife, so that it can be used as a hammer when camping (driving in stakes, cracking walnuts, etc.) or as an emergency glass breaker. The first impression you get when handling this knife is that it's so well balanced. It's very well made and incredibly well designed- from the shape and size of the blade to the unique sheath to the direction of the teeth on the saw back on the spine of the blade. Best of all is that it's offered at such a relatively affordable price! You really get a lot of value for the money.
