I bought one of these cameras which had a broken battery door latch which I repaired with a small piece of plastic and 5 minute epoxy. I was looking for a camera that would at least be as good as my cell phone camera but wouldn't require a cable to transfer pictures to the computer. The SD card storage is easy to pop out and put in the SD card slot of the computer, then it's just drag and drop the photos. I bought a seccond one of these cameras for ten bucks which had battery door latch problem, but this one had the catch broken and the latch was intact, so I moved the good latch to the other camera and now had a perfectly good camera and one with a repaired latch but bad catch. I repaired the catch with a small piece of wood from a chopstick and 5 minute epoxy. It also has the black spot problem that appears on the LCD screen. This is due to someone pressing on the screen too hard or dropping the camera and hitting the screen on something. It is easy to replace the screen and replacement screens are less than ten dollars. The camera needs to be held steady to make clear pix, also it is easy to get oil from your fingers when sliding the door to power up the camera. It's digital, so take a bunch of pictures, practice makes perfect.Read full review

I bought this camera to replace a Cannon that has took a major beating on motorcycle trails but is still working good. I wanted a fixed lens for reliability, cover for safety, HD vis capability, etc. Never owned a Fuji before but at $100 and all the features i decided to give it as try. I like how quick the camera comes on. Love the dedicated vid and shutter buttons as i do not have to change settings to go from vid to still. Initially I was disappointed with the stills. Anything white has a purple fog around it which is pretty bad. This was at 3M settings. I moved up tot he 6M setting and it seems better. played with the setting more and found some settings where the pictures are coming out good. the HD vid quality and sound are quite good. I am completely please there. The camera is very small and hard to hold. Your finger can end up in the picture pretty EZ at the lens is right at the top where you might hold. So overall I am happy with the cam. Lots of nice features for $100 camera, takes good pix on the higher setting, does great vid, is nicely designed and starts up quick. Time will tell if it is anywhere near as reliable as my cannon that has been a rock despite thousands of trail miles on a motorcycle and in the rain many times. Good camera.Read full review
I bought the Fuji-Film Fine-Pix Z70 camera three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive camera. It is a 12M-pixel camera, video camera, and many features to take pictures The size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan. Overall this is a very good camera for this price with lots of features and a very good quality image and video recording.
Cheap, compact, easy to use, it has long lasting battery and lot of nice features. Very nice picture quality, great video quality ... worth every cent :P but u will need big capacity memory card, 8 gb will be enough. PS UK and European buyers should know that camera comes with USA charger so you will have to buy new one that can be used in your country ...
Beautiful little camera love the sliding protective shield. Personally I feel like Fuji has some of the best image quality out of the name brands. Very happy with this little camera glad to have it in my pocket right now.
