Francis Albert sinatra & Antonio Carlos Jobim is the must have for any fan of Sinatra. The artistry on this album by both the arranger, Jobim and the song stylist , Sinatra, is unsurpassed on anything either of them has done. If you are a serious collector of rare recordings, then this one should be in your collection. I don't believe the likes of it will come around again; it is sublime. The lyrics of "How Insensitive" are heart stopping. The oof this collaboration of songs is deeply introspective and just plain pleasant especially as it softly lulls the listener in with "The Girl from Ipanema." I had a copy of this for years which somehow got lost. I had searched my local record stores and could not find it. I had searched for it on eBay and did not want to pay the 49.00 price. Then one day, while in the mood for "How Insensitive," I chanced to search eBay again and found a copy for 29.00. I was thrilled to pay that for it. I have since made some copies just in case. I can't think of anything that I don't like about this recording.Read full review
