This was my first purchase of a "Dummies" book. I really never knew how easy they make things. There are all of the nutrition basics and then there is all of the other stuff that you didn't know mattered so much. The only bad thing might be that this book is 97. It came out before the new nutritional guidelines. I am not sure how big of a difference that it would really make. I know that I would instantly purchase a revised version if one was released.
