New 3DS XL turns on - System can't pass the initial setup, because it thinks 3D slider is not in the top position. - Bottom screen flickers for a second, top screen is blank and system shuts off. -Touch screen doesn't work properly: doesn't respond to the stylus in certain areas or at all.

He did everything I asked and he did it quick. You won't believe the mess I had him handle.
My 3DS is heavily modded. It runs a custom firmware and I had a hard mod installed to it prior to that. Naturally, my modding habits have left my warranty in shambles, so when my camera started to malfunction I had to either take care of it myself or contract someone else to do the work. This is when I discovered that when the "expert" I hired to install the hardmod had, for whatever reason, glued the case shut. Now not only was my camera dead, but to replace it I'd have to break the case open and perform a full shell replacement. Not to mention the 2015 *new* 3DS has notoriously fragile zif connectors (the connect the wires from the various buttons to the main board), so there's no guarantee that after I reassemble it I won't have broken something else. After all, I've never disassembled this model before and don't have the soldering skills to replace a damaged component if cracking the shell goes awry. Thankfully Testerfan extended a hand to me. I provided all the parts, including the shell replacement and the camera and they agreed to perform the procedure (I also agreed to have the hard mod removed. It had ceased to function and would get in the way of the shell replacement). Not only did the successfully perform that procedure, they had it done the day they received my unit, provided pictures proving that it was a success and that it was in fact my unit, and shipped it back the next day. Now that I've received it back I can even confirm that there are no issues with the zif connectors either. Everything is working flawlessly. Hell, I even took advantage of the situation in order to replace my shell with a special edition case.Read full review

We bought our repair service from a great seller. The 2015 3DSXL had black lines on the upper screen, and within a week, we had sent the thing out and gotten it back. It works perfectly now.
